Took a break from the 117 degrees in Phoenix and headed north to Camp Verde, Arizona. Time to have a quiet weekend to myself, enjoying the scenery of the local national parks [and national monuments] as well as getting some writing done.
I am working on a short story for an anthology collection as well as my own collection of short stories - so I wanted to change of scenery to help me reset my brain. I have been feeling stuck both in life and creatively…so I hope this helps!
