This is what I was inspired to write. It’s a short “sumthin”😹
I thought losing you would break me, but it taught me how to hold myself together.
At first, I mistook the silence for emptiness. I reached for you out of habit, then learned to pause.
The cracks I feared never widened. They
stitched themselves to mend.
You’ll recognize the depth of the scars I bear. You have them too.
The cracks of my pain sharpened me into this… A form the damage couldn’t refuse.
What rose after the pieces of me agreed to converge was a creature like no other.
A Kintsugi form pulled back and held together from the seams. Even more resilient than I was before. ~N.✨🖤
